Workshops for local people on the island Boa Vista, Cape Verde

The aim of the series of workshops was to hand ideas and art skills over to local people to be used in handmade production of souvenirs and help improve their financial situation. Workshops took place in an outlying village on the north and then in favela Baraka. It’s a part of capital Sal Rey, where mostly immigrants from Afrika live. Iniciated by www.turtle–foundation.org .
